Crystal Album Mass Production Solution

For crystal photo albums, we have launched a new generation of Pangu 01 fully automatic butterfly mounting photo album machine and Kaitai 01 solution. After folding, the thickness of the crystal album reaches about 1mm. For albums with large thickness, New Pangu 01 can efficiently and stably process them. After folding, the surface of the crystal album is scratch free, with high indentation accuracy, and the indentation is beautiful without bursting edges. Supports barcode reading, automatic verification, and coding functions, achieving seamless connection with ERP production systems without the need for manual intervention throughout the entire process. Kaitai 01 can accommodate up to one 18 inch cover book and up to two 16 inch covers for simultaneous production. When used in conjunction with New Pangu 01, it can double production capacity and achieve high-speed production.
